It is my firm belief that as the end nears it will be very clear who's right and who isn't, who is worshipping God as he approves and who isn't, personally and as an Organization.
Thus far, I find the JWs to be correct. The times I resist their ways, it's nothing more than my own imperfect tendencies lashing out. Of that I'm certain.
I keep working on my attitude. It's a daily struggle.

a new doctoral dissertation in theology from gothenburg university claims that the bible has been misinterpreted when it comes to how jesus died.
gunnar samuelsson who wrote the dissertation has studied the original texts and sees no explicit references to crucifiction.
Glad to hear this Titus. There is one of WT's doctrines that I really never questioned or researched on my own, just believed that they did their research and I went with it. Really glad to hear they're right about it.

everytime my family goes out in service now, its seems its for a new "special campaign".
already this year has been:.
1) memorial invitations.
I don't give any special consideration to the so-called "special campaigns" anymore. I just go about preaching nonchalantly as I would any other time. The JW zealot in me is totally dead; I just go through the motions, going along to get along.
Such a horrible disposition! However, it's an attitute where I've found peace and happiness within... for now.

Many that saw Avatar, many that saw the Twilight movies, many that read the books on those movies; many that see whatever movie looks good, regardless of the rating. I happen to be one of them.

Such practice has made such big liars out of so many of us!!!
So many so-called 'spiritual' due to their time turned in (pioneers, elders), that are doing despicable things that I (a simple publisher trying to stay afloat) would never do... ever!!!

I'm an eccentric, big time!!! Funny/crazy eccentricities too!!!
I crack myself up all the time over how eccentric I am, and yet how happy I carry on regardless of the many quirks in my personality. I cover up quite nicely all my quirkiness when in public; I've become a master in disguising my eccentricities.
I've sincerely to thank the Society for that; otherwise, I'd be one of those freaks that doesn't step foot outside of the home or has any friends.

a question for all those who managed to do it.
when you realize that it's unrealistic to expect someone in the wt to ever leave, and when you see the damage it does you to keep hoping, and to keep trying to get them out, how do you manage the pain?.
what do you do when you know that someone has spoiled the only life that person will ever have, yet you can't reach to them?.
I never encourage people that have left, or that are showing signs of weakness in the religion, only because I believe in having free will.
I just continue to be polite to everyone equally whenever I encounter them in my everyday life doings. Even to the disfellowshipped ones have I never denied a smile or a good morning, as it's just the right way to treat a person.
Hey, ultimately, we all face the consequences to our actions.
